OCHNIK CUSTOMER CLUB

In 2008 OCHNIK, to meet the expectations of its Clients, created a loyalty programme under the name of OCHNIK Client Club. The participation in the Club brings many benefits. The Club Clients are informed on an on-going basis about current promotions, novelties or sales and are guaranteed to receive special discounts for our collections.

Club Membership
An individual who is at least 18 years of age, has full legal capacity and completes the KKO Membership Declaration may become a member of the Club.

Special discount for Club Customers
Club Members, after fulfilling the conditions specified in the Terms & Conditions, are entitled to a 10 per cent rebate. To be entitled to a 10 per cent rebate on purchases of products in OCHNIK shops it is necessary to buy or purchase - within two years back counted from the current date - any number of products or services of the total value exceeding the amount of 1000 PLN (at one time or jointly).*

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Please be informed that on 25.05.2018, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 became applicable. ("GDPR"). It replaced the provisions of the Polish Act on personal data protection.
The GDPR has necessitated changes to the processing of personal data and above all modified the rules and the way in which it can be collected, processed and stored.

In order to fulfil the obligation from Article 13 GDPR we have developed the OCHNIK Client Club Personal Data Protection Policy, which you can find below in the document "OCHNIK Client Club Personal Data Protection Policy". We kindly ask you to thoroughly and carefully read its content, as it contains important information concerning the processing of your data within the OCHNIK Client Club.

At the same time we would like to inform you that we have changed the OCHNIK Client Club Terms & Conditions, among others in order to adjust it to GDPR. The new OCHNIK Client Club Terms & Conditions have been in force since 25.05.2018. We kindly ask you to thoroughly and carefully read its contents.

Forms of cancellation of participation in the Club:
- submitting a written declaration at any OCHNIK showroom;

- sending the statement to the correspondence address of OCHNIK S.A., ul. Stacyjna 8B, 08-400 Garwolin;
