Select Cancelation and enter the order number you wish to return.

Fill in the required fields and send a return request.

Fill in the paper cancellation form enclosed with your shipment.
You can also download the form HERE

Pack the returned products together with the completed withdrawal form. If you use our packaging, remember to remove the old address label.

You can choose one of the following ways to send back your return:

• Packet delivery via Paczkomat InPost - Cost 14 PLN
• Delivery at Parcel Shop GLS - Cost 10 PLN

Within 14 days of our acceptance of your return, you will receive a refund for your order (in the same way it was paid for). For orders with cash on delivery payment, the refund will be made to the bank account indicated on the withdrawal form.
