Register your return by clicking HERE.

Fill in the required fields and initiate the return process. Then confirm it via the link in the email you will receive. After confirmation, you can proceed to the next step.

1. Select the products to return.
Mark the products you wish to return on the form.

2. Complete the missing information.
Enter all required details, such as contact information or your bank account number (for orders paid on delivery).

3. Choose the method to send the package back.
The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount:

• Sending the package via an InPost parcel locker - cost: 12 PLN.
• Sending the package via a GLS Parcel Shop - cost: 10 PLN.

4. Prepare the package.
To speed up the return process, place the products you wish to return in the package along with the printed withdrawal form, or write the return number on it. If you are using the original packaging, make sure to remove the old address label before delivering the package to the selected drop-off point (InPost or GLS).

The refund for the order will be processed in the same way it was paid. For orders paid on delivery, the refund will be made to the bank account provided in the withdrawal form.
