Women's blue quilted jacket

Lightweight, insulated with synthetic down transitional jacket. Fastened with a zipper and a single zip fastener. Two zippered pockets. Rubbers sewn into the cuffs to allow better insulation from the cold. The lower hem has a drawstring for a better fit.
